How to Create a New Lead Profile in Readymode

Creating Lead Profiles


While most of your Leads will be brought into Readymode via the import tool, sometimes you might need to manually create a new Lead Profile.



Create a New Lead Profile


To create a new Lead Profile, open any Folder, click the +New icon.

Choose New Profile from the list of resources available.

Fill in the CRM Fields (1) with the information you have, and make any notes in the Call Notes tab (2). Next, disposition the Lead using the Call Results (3) on the left side of the screen.

Using Call Results, you can choose to transfer lead to yourself, or to another User or Queue using the Transfer drop-down menu (1).


Decide whether or not to take ownership of the Lead using the Save in drop-down menu (2). Feel free to use any of the other options available as well.


When you're ready to save the Lead Profile, click the Submit call log button (3).
