Manual Dialing Options in Readymode

Want to get in touch with a lead quickly? Use one of the Manual Dialing options to give them a call.



Manual Dialing


Readymode offers several options to enable you to dial a number directly:



Dial from a Lead Profile


Navigate to a Lead Profile. Under the CRM Fields, click on the link over the Phone Number you wish to dial. The system will dial the number for you.

Dial from a Queue


Navigate to a Queue. Click on the View Leads/View Files tab (1), then click on the Phone icon (2) for the Lead you wish to dial. The system will dial the number for you.

Dial from the Dial Pad


Open the Dial Pad and type the number you wish to dial in the Number Field (1), then hit Enter on your keyboard or click the Call button (2).
