Need to delete a Queue? You can easily remove it following these instructions.

Removing Queues

Under the Lead Queues Folder you'll find the option to recycle or remove a Queue.

• Recycle Queue Contents
• Remove a Queue

Note: We strongly recommend recycling the contents of a Queue before removing it. This will place the Leads in the Queue back into the General Leads Queue.

Recycle Queue Contents

To recycle a Queue's Contents, drag and drop the Queue over the Recycle Bin icon.

You'll see a popup window asking you to confirm the action. Click the OK button to continue.

Remove a Queue

To remove a Queue, drag and drop it over the Trash Can icon.

You'll see a popup window asking you to confirm the action. Click the OK button to continue.

Note: The General Leads Queue cannot be removed.
