About TPV Hotkeys

Readymode's Third Party Verification App enables you to add TPV Hotkey buttons to your Dial Pad, which your Agents can use to add a specific third party to an ongoing call easily. To learn how to use the TPV Hotkey feature, see Merging Calls with TPV.

Note: This requires installation and configuration of the Third Party Verification App, which you can install using the App Garage.

Navigating to TPV Hotkeys

To view and manage Hotkeys, navigate to Settings on the Dashboard.

Note: You'll need "Application Manager" Permissions to view Settings.

Under Settings, select TPV to open TPV Hotkeys.

You'll now see the following options:
