About Automated Tasks


Using the Automated Tasks feature, you can have Readymode automatically repeat some tasks that you've performed previously, such as pausing and unpausing Queue Members or generating and emailing a Report


When you perform a task that is eligible for automation, the "Automation is possible" message will appear at the top of the Dashboard


Tasks like exporting a report or unpausing an agent in a playlist will trigger the prompt to appear.

Navigating to Automations


To view and manage Automated Tasks, navigate to Settings on the Dashboard.


Note: You'll need "Application Manager" Permissions to view Settings.

Under Settings, select Automated Tasks.


Note: The Automated Tasks icon will not appear unless a task eligible for automation is performed.



You will now see a list of any existing Automated Tasks (1), and a Recent Tasks list (2) that displays items which are eligible for Automations.
