How to Manage Interactive Voice Response (IVR) in Readymode

Managing Interactive Voice Response (IVR)


The following options will help you to easily manage your IVRs.



Editing IVRs


Using the Configuration Options available, you can easily adjust the settings of your IVRs. To access these options, first navigate to IVRs and select an existing IVR from the list.

This will open the IVR Map for that IVR. Click on items on the map to make changes to your IVR using the available Configuration Options.

Moving IVRs


When an IVR is created, it will be located in the My Files Folder of the User who created it.


To move an IVR to the Admin Files Folder to make it more accessible to other team members, drag and drop it over the Move Up icon in Folder Tools.

Removing IVRs


When an IVR is created, it will be located in the My Files Folder of the User who created it.


To remove an IVR, navigate to the User and select Click here to view the User's files.

You can then drag and drop the IVR over the Trash Bin icon in Folder Tools to delete it.
