Creating Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
ReadyMode enables you to create multiple IVRs. Choose from the following options to create a new IVR.
- Create IVR from the IVR List - This option stores the IVR in your My Files Folder.
- Create IVR from Folders - This option stores the IVR in the Admin Files Folder (or another Folder of your choice).
Create IVR from the IVR List
Navigate to IVRs and select Add IVR.
Enter a name for your IVR in the Name Field and hit Enter on your keyboard.
You'll now see the IVR Map for your new IVR. Click on the IVR Start Node to access Configuration Options to set up your IVR.
Create IVR from Folders
Navigate to the Admin Files Folder (or the Folder of your choice) and click the + New icon, then the New IVR icon.
Enter a name for your IVR in the Name Field and hit Enter on your keyboard.
You'll now see the IVR Map for your new IVR. Click on the IVR Start Node to access Configuration Options to set up your IVR.
