How to Manage CRM Fields in Readymode

Managing CRM Fields


The following options will help you to easily manage your CRM Fields. To access these options, first navigate to CRM Fields



Editing Fields


Using the Configuration Options available, you can easily adjust the settings of your CRM Fields to meet your business needs.


To make changes to an existing CRM Field, click on the Edit button next to it.

Make changes to your CRM Field using the available Configuration Options (1) and click Save Changes (2) when done.

Displaying Fields


Using the Display Options available, you can decide how CRM Fields are shown, sorted and searched.

Field Sorting


Using Field Sorting, you can drag and drop CRM Fields to change the order they are displayed on the Lead Profile.

Profile Display


Using the Profile Display checkbox, you can determine which Fields are displayed on the Lead Profile.


Quick Tip: This can also be modified in Configuration Options.

Queue Display


Using the Queue Display checkbox, you can determine which Fields will be displayed as a column header when viewing Leads in a Queue.


Quick Tip: This can also be modified in Configuration Options.

Master File Display


Using the Master File Display checkbox, you can determine which Fields will be included when you export data from Reports.

Search Display


Using the Search Display checkbox, you can determine which Fields will be included in Search results. Fields checked here will also be displayed as a column header for filtering Reports, and will be available when exporting your data.


Note: Some Standard Fields are checked by default and cannot be unchecked.
