How to Create New Call Playlists in Readymode

Learn how to quickly create new Playlists to help you manage your leads.



Creating Playlists


On the General Leads Queue, you'll find the option to create a new Playlist.


Note: Currently, Playlist functionality is only available on the General Leads Queue. We hope to be able to offer this functionality on other Dialer Queues in the future. If you have any questions, please contact Technical Support.



Create a New Playlist


Open the Queue (1) you wish to create the Playlist under and click on the Members Tab (2).

Click the Add Playlist link on the right side of the screen.

You'll see a popup asking you to provide a name for the Playlist. Fill in the Name (1) and click OK (2).

Your new Playlist (1) will now be created, and you'll see the Lead Playlist Editor (2) open on the left side of the screen.
