About Phone Numbers and Caller ID

Using Readymode's Phone Number and Caller ID features, you can order Phone Numbers (DIDs) and manage how they are used for inbound and outbound calling within ReadyMode.

Navigate to Phone Numbers / Caller ID

To view and manage Phone Numbers and Caller ID, navigate to Settings on the Dashboard.

Note: You'll need "Application Manager" Permissions to view Settings.

Under Settings, select VOIP to open VOIP features.

Select Phone Numbers / Caller ID from the list.

You'll now see your Phone Number List, which enables you to access the following features:

• Ordering Phone Numbers (1)
• Managing Phone Numbers (2)
• Caller ID Settings (3)
